Our story
Founded in Houston.
We started in Houston with a simple idea: small businesses deserve the kind of hands-on payments help that big banks reserve for big accounts. More than 20 years in this industry later, we still read every statement ourselves.
Today we’re rooted in Texas and serve merchants in 30+ markets nationwide, but the model hasn’t changed. Every client gets a dedicated advisor, on-site setup, and a real person on the phone at any hour. It’s concierge service the big processors simply don’t offer.

Parker manages intake and onboarding for new merchant accounts, guiding each deal from submission through underwriting, approval, and activation, and serves as a primary contact for AMS referral partners. He also runs the office day to day, reading portfolio data for trends and opportunities and steadily refining how the team works so merchants get answers faster.

Founder & CEO
Ashley founded Advisory Merchant Services after more than 20 years in payments, with experience across merchant acquisition, partner development, underwriting, operations, and service. She is still in the market most weeks building merchant and referral relationships, and stays close to her team on complex accounts so every client gets the benefit of that experience.
Derrick
Account Representative
Derrick manages the documentation behind every new merchant account, preparing and reviewing applications so files reach underwriting clean and complete. He guides merchants and agents through the process, tracks each file from submission to activation, and handles the statement, billing, and equipment questions that come up along the way.
